Wanted to review for NGAIC, but I was a touch late. Liked it, so here’s my thoughts anyways:

Drum beat sounds too dry for liquid dnb (maybe more reverb?) At 1:12, the vocals needed a little more backing to set up the buildup to the chorus thing. Both big hits felt fairly underwhelming, like there was a whole synth layer missing. The ending coulda used a little more time to breathe, to get from the biggest part of the track to a fadeout. Overall, wasn’t bad to listen to!

I’m glad I found this, cause you’ve got some other banger tracks too!

YendorNG responds:

I knew moonboy was a phony and should not have listened to him :P Yeah. I have a lot of missing knowledge in this area-- but we grow. :)

Serious F-777 vibes here! Wish when the main melody came in, it had much more of a hit, and I was also looking for more variance in the synths used. Bass drum was a bit sporadic at times. Could’ve used a growlier synth at the dubstep part, but love the overall sound and tone in the piece!

DXLS responds:

Thanks! :D

Makes me want to listen through the originals! One suggestion: I’d maybe add a little bit more instrumentation variation, the melody synth is essentially the same throughout

DXLS responds:

Thanks for the answer!. What happens is I wanted to make a single song with a certain number of Synthesizers (in total there were 11) .

Great atmosphere, reminds me of Minecraft

eefferz responds:

thankers

Intro was a little quiet, and I felt like there should’ve been a little more reverb after the cutoffs in the quiet section. Overall I really like the chill atmosphere and the beat!

TodukenMusic responds:

ty for the feedback 💙💙💙

Love the melody here! The biggest think I’d say would make it more hardstyle-y sounding would be more bass, and stay away from that boink thingy in the main refrain. I know it’s kinda a key element in hardcore, but personally I feel like it takes away from the melody. Just my thoughts, I hope this helps you do more hardstyle because this was really fun to listen to!

SergiusVardanyan responds:

Thanks, it was my first hardstyle at the time, but thanks for the support and feedback ;)

Definitely feeling the forest and the magic vibes here, the biggest feedback I’d have is to make the drops pop more. More buildup, more sound when the melody comes in, more everything. Overall pretty nice, just felt like it was lacking a main melody to follow, so really I’d class this as more ambient than techno.

LerzyThings responds:

Thanks for the feedback a lot.
Its not supposed to be techno

Haha yes Oye Como Va

eefferz responds:

shut the fuck I hate Oye Como Va all me and my homeis hate oye como va

My biggest complaint/feedback would be to use a different bass drum, it sounds too punch-y, if that makes sense. Also, the balance at about 1:11 makes it hard to make out the melody, which sounds really nice, it’s just sorta buried under the synths. Overall it’s pretty nice!

DanosNanos responds:

Thank's a lot for the feedback!

Gotta love the Licc

Seriously tho, this is an awesome loop!

Jumbs responds:

I swear to God I didnt mean it, but I guess its just so ingrained in me I have no control of it lmaoo
